SPRING BREAK CAMP - 2012 MARCH 28-30 W - F 9am-3pm
Looking for something to do? Getting bored sitting around the house? Want to have fun and get some exercise, too? Then this camp's for you!
Activities include: fun warm-up games, stretching, games to develop physical skills (including Matt's unfair games), footwork and bladework drills, and directing.
What to Bring...What to Wear: Participants need to bring a snack, sack lunch and water bottle to camp each day (refrigerator and microwave are available). Participants should wear loose fitting long pants (i.e. sweat pants), short-sleeve t-shirt, and athletic shoes.
Camp Fees $160 for 3 days or $60 per day This camp is open to fencers with some prior fencing experience ages 7 and older.
NEW - Intro to Fencing Camp We've had requests for an Intro to Fencing Camp during Spring Break. We have a coach ready and will offer the camp if we have a minimum of 3 fencers. Camp will run the same hours as our regular Spring Break Camp.
$160 for 3 days - fencers must attend all three days

SUMMER CAMPS - 2011 Back By Popular Demand Introduction to Fencing Camps - 3 days 9 am - 12:30 pm
Session 1: June 8 - 10 (Wed. - Fri.) Full Session 2: July 19 - 21 (Tue. - Thurs.) 4 spaces Session 3: August 2 - 4 (Tue. - Thurs.) 5 spaces
These camps are specifically designed for campers with no prior fencing experience. Campers may participate in our week-long camps after completing one of these camps or our regular 6 week Intro. to Fencing class.
Activities include: fun warm-up games, stretching, history of fencing, footwork and blade work drills, fencing etiquette, and bouting. What to Bring...What to Wear Participants need to bring a snack and water bottle to camp each day. Participants must wear loose fitting long pants (i.e. sweat pants), short-sleeve t-shirt, and firm fitting athletic shoes.
Fee: $100/session
Beginner - Competitive Camps - Monday - Friday 9 am to 3 pm
Session 1: June 13 - 17 Foil/Epee - Full Session 2: June 20 - 24 Summer National Prep Camp - Epee/Foil (no beginners) - 2 spaces Session 3: July 25 - 29 Foil/Epee - 2 spaces
Camps are open to all levels of fencers unless specified otherwise. Fencers will be divided into groups according to skill level for bladework, footwork and bouting. Activities include: fun warm-up games, stretching, games to develop physical skills, footwork and bladework drills, fencing videos, fencing tactics and techniques, directing, and fencing etiquette. The week will conclude with a fencing tournament with prizes for all participants.
